Course Description

The course aims to enable students to acquire the knowledge required to understand the modern production process of (a) the cultivation of large-scale crops (potato, industrial tomato), and (b) leguminous crops (beans, vetch, vetch, lettuce, lupin, pea, pea, lentil, beans, chickpea, chickpea, rove, alfalfa, clover, groundnut, soya) used in human nutrition, animal husbandry and for the production of pharmaceutical products.
